AVAILABLE MANAGEMENT ROLES

Responsibilities

  • Set, manage and report on commercial targets for the business
  • Collaborate with other teams to increase the profitability of existing activities and explore new opportunities which synergise with our core competencies
  • Build and develop relationships with new and existing corporate partners and clients
  • Lead the team of Account Managers and Business Development Managers to achieve your goals

Responsibilities

  • Lead our fleet of repair, rearm and refuel ships to support our ongoing operations
  • Liaise with our supply chain partners to ensure all operations are covered
  • Increase efficiency of fleet support and maintenance operations whilst driving down the costs
  • Report on labour and equipment effectiveness
  • Implement health and safety policy

Responsibilities

  • Oversee our dedicated fleet of transport vessels and manage all logistical operations with an emphasis on OTIF deliveries and profitability
  • Increase efficiency of logistics operations whilst driving down the costs
  • Explore and implement synergistic opportunities to ensure haulage vessels maximise their capacity and profitability. Balance this requirement between profitability and the time-sensitivity of core activities. Record and report on these routes on a weekly basis.
  • Report on labour and equipment effectiveness
  • Implement health and safety policy

Responsibilities

  • Lead the company’s talent acquisition efforts to ensure our personnel requirements are met
  • Work with marketing team to develop recruitment material
  • Manage employment processing, payroll, compensation, benefits, training and development, records management, health and safety, succession planning, employee relations and retention

  • Coordinate participation and report on regional activity, morale and feedback
  • Coordinate company activities with other regional managers to ensure smooth handovers across time zones (group events only)
